The Brownstones
Orlando, Florida. 2015
Elite Universal was hired by the Owner/Developer to Design a 3-Story, 28 Unit Luxury Townhome Project located within Downtown Orlando. Elite Universal created the Exterior Design, and worked
with Developer Franco Scala to develop the
Unit Plans.
Several Computer Renderings were created for
sales, and Architectural Design Drawings have also been provided for the client's use.
The project is currently Built, on Summerlin Ave
in Thornton Park, Orlando.

The Wave
Daytona, Florida. 2014
Elite Universal was hired by the Owner/Developer to Design a 11-Story, 100 Unit Luxury Timeshare Project located in Daytona Beach, Florida.
Elite Universal created the Exterior Design, Floor Plans, and Computer Model for this Beachfront Project.
Several Computer Renderings were created for
sales, and Architectural Design Drawings have also been provided for the client's use.
Elite Universal is currently assisting this, and
other clients with their needs for speculating
on Property for Project Design & Development.

Woodfield Country Club
Boca Raton, Florida. 2007
Elite Universal was hired by the Homeowner's
Association & Woodfield Country Club to Design new Entrance Water Features, Fountains, Landscaping, and security access guard houses.
Elite Universal created the Exterior Fountain & Landscape Design, and worked with the HOA & Country Club to finalize the design
The project was a low-budget design effort where
Elite Universal worked hard on a limited fee to
achieve this very expensive goal for the Country
Club.
Completed Photographs show a close adherence
to the renderings; a successful conceptual effort.

Ski Lodge, Vacation Home
Crested Butte, Colorado. 2007, 2009
Elite Universal was hired by the Tract Developer to Design new Ski-In, Ski-Out Vacation Homes in
Crested Butte, Colorado.
Elite Universal created the Exterior & Interior Floor
plan Designs, as well the computer modeling.
The project was a Collaberation with Dave Sechler,
Andrew Sechler's Partner in the Colorado Based
Architecture Firm: "Sechler Architecture, LLC"
