Eagle Creek Plaza

Naples, Florida. 2011-2012

Elite Universal was hired by the Mall Owner to Renovate & Rehabilitate the existing Eagle Creek Plaza, which was experiencing

50% vacancy at the time. Elite Universal created a new paint scheme, and facade design which included parapet, EIFS, and canopy revisions. The transformation took 2 years, & featured over 100% occupancy when the work was done. Elite Universal was also hired to do a 25,000sf "Fresh Market" tenant improvement buildout for the subsequently leased retail tenant.

Cobblestone Plaza

Miami, Florida. 2011-2013

Elite Universal was hired by the Mall Owner to Renovate & Rehabilitate the existing Cobblestone Plaza, which was experiencing

85% vacancy at the time. Elite Universal created a new paint scheme, and facade design which included parapet, EIFS, and canopy revisions. The transformation took 2 years, & featured over 90% occupancy when the work was done. Elite Universal was also hired to do 6 tenant improvement buildouts for the subsequently leased retail tenants.

Draft, at Church St.

Orlando, Florida. 2012

Elite Universal was hired by the Tenant to Renovate & Rehabilitate the existing Church St space, located

directly across the street from Orlando Magic's

Amway Arena. Extensive work needed to be done

to 3 existing tenant spaces, all of which were in

derelict condition. Mech., Elect., Plumbing, services

were all reconfigured & redesigned for the new

single tenant occupancy.

The spaces serves the Orlando Magic, and Amway Arena, and the Downtown Orlando social network.

Elite Universal served as Deigner alongside Impact

Lighting, and Architect & Engineer of Record.

Tinsley Residence

Orlando, Florida. 2014

Elite Universal was hired by the Contractor to Renovate & Rehabilitate the existing House built

in 1922. The house was in a dilapidated condition

both aesthetically, and structurally.

Elite Universal's Andrew Sechler, worked with Owner David Tinsley, and his wife to resurrect

this once foreclosure home, into a dream home. David & his wife provided strong leadership in the

design direction, which Andrew did his best to follow. Compliments also go to trusted Contractor Edgar Saya, CGC, of Saya Construction Co., for his role in realizing many such projects to a successful completion for the Owner, & Architect as well.
