Landreth III House, 2020
Client: Thomas Landreth III; Orlando, Florida.
Andrew Sechler P.A., was the Designer, Architect & Engineer of Record for this 4,900sf Single Family Home.
The Project was originally a large addition to an existing house, and then there was an additional Phase II to the project once Phase I was completed, allowing the Owner to gradually transition their living situation, and remain living in the house during construction over time. The team focused on Contemporary Modern Style & is organized to take advantage of the Lakefront views . It was featured on the Cover of 'Orange Appeal' Magazine in 2021. Andrew Sechler was able to team up once again with longtime Interior Design Associate & friend, Rob Turner, with CRT Studios ( www.crtstudio.com ) on this project which was published in the popular Orlando Magazine.
Van Hook Townhome, 2017
Client: Ben & Cheryl Van Hook; Orlando, Florida.
Andrew Sechler P.A., was the Designer, & Architect of Record for this 2,964 sf 4-Story Townhome.
Andrew worked directly with Owners Ben Van Hook & Cheryl Van Hook to create the design and construction documents. This is the 2nd Project Andrew has worked on with the capable design team of Cheryl & Ben, who also own an award winning photography studio. They have their own vision, & ability to advance design on their own, acting as their own Interior Designer in several areas. This, as well as Andrew's abilities have made this a successful design team on
2 projects together. The open-plan with 2 & 3 story spaces inside create a Soaring Loft Environment.
This Urban Townhome design is unique in the Downtown Orlando area. The project was a renovation and conversion of an existing 100 year old church building, which created the Chic of the Townhome.
It was featured in 'Orange Appeal' Magazine in 2017
Waverly Place, 1999-2000
Client: Phil Rampy; Orlando, Florida.
Andrew Sechler P.A., was the Designer, Architect & Engineer of Record for this 5,200sf Single Family Home.
Andrew worked directly with Developer Phil Rampy to create the design and construction documents. The team focused hard on the Contemporary Modern Style & trends at the time. The house is organized to take advantage of the Lakefront .
Ranch House
At, Bear Lake; Groveland, Florida.
Elite Universal was the Designer, Architect & Engineer of Record for this 5,500 sf house in Groveland. This home had certain goals in terms of style, and to create an indoor-outdoor environment at the back of the house toward the lake. The homeowner wanted to make a strong statement for the streetside facade,
and address country-living & lifestyle toward the
back of the property which fronts a lake.

Landreth House

Elite Universal was the Architect & Engineer of
Record for this 5,500 sf house in College Park.
Andrew Sechler P.A., was the Architect of Record
for many house renovations, additions, and
new single family homes from 2006-present.
This project featured an addition which doubled the size of the existing house, and the new
Gable-end truss feature shown here, which
opens up the entry, and creates an important Architectural volume through the main space
of the house. This statement creates strong
street appeal, and views of Lake Ivanhoe.
Van Hook House, 2010
Orlando, Florida.
Elite Universal was the Architect & Engineer of
Record for this house Addition/Renovation in
Delaney Park, located within Orlando, Florida.
Elite Universal worked with the Owner on the goals and direction of the project. The owner's wife Cheryl was the Interior Designer on kitchen and living area work prior to Elite's involvement, and Andrew worked with Cheryl, who lead the Interior design material selection effort in the pool area, bathroom, and Summer kitchen addition areas. A design renovation also occured to the front facade & landscaping, where
Andrew worked in collaberation with Cheryl.
Andrew Sechler P.A., & Edgar Saya CGC, owner of
Saya Construction were referred to many house renovations in this neighborhood for 3 years after
completion of this project. Word-of-mouth referrals
continue to this day from this neighborhood. The referrals now extending to far reaching area in Orlando can be traced back to this project, and the others located within this neighborhood.
